As of Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023, the Supreme Court agreed to hear a case that works to ban a popular abortion pill, mifepristone, nation-wide. If passed, this would affect all states even those that do not currently have bans on abortions. The final decision could be made in July, which may also have an effect on the 2024 presidential election.
