Fall is around the corner and the weather is about to change, calling for hot chocolate, coffee, pumpkin spice lattes, and apple pies. To alleviate the struggle of finding the best fall favorites, we’ve reviewed some products and broken down the quality of them.

Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte from Walmart:

The taste of the pumpkin was strong and was dominant to the other flavors in the drink. The strong presence of the pumpkin made the rest of the drink dull.Buying this product is not highly recommended, but not discouraged. Getting it from a Starbucks store is more recommended.

Peppermint and Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate:

The taste of the peppermint hot chocolate was watered down and the peppermint was hardly present. This product is not recommended at all. The salted caramel hot chocolate was from the same brand as the Peppermint Hot Chocolate, but the quality was completely different. The very first sip draws you in because the flavor is not too strong but definitely prominent. It was slightly watered down, but it still tasted good. This is recommended if you don’t mind adding a little more hot chocolate powder than instructed.

Pumpkin Pie from Walmart Bakery:

This pumpkin pie was not the best. The filling was soggy and the crust was burnt. The pie needed more baking. This fall food is not recommended.

Pecan Pie from Walmart Bakery:

From the first bite, this pie proved to be sweet and savory. The only small details that could have been improved with more pecans. The crust was also a little too crunchy,  but overall, this is recommended.

Apple Pie from Walmart Bakery:

This cannot compare to grandma’s classic apple pie, but it is still very tasty. It was sweet and delicious. It was a little under baked but the taste outshone the small detail. This is recommended for anyone looking for a quick way to satisfy your apple pie craving, but otherwise, steer clear.

Oreo Halloween Cookies:

If you like Oreos and Halloween, you will love this. It might have been the Halloween spirit and the orange dye in the cream, but these Oreos tasted sweeter than the originals. The aesthetic will put you in the fall spirit. This is highly recommended for Halloween and Oreo fanatics.
